The mobile ticket given by Headout worked like a charm everywhere. Be it the entry to cable car or the buffet at the Indian restaurant.
I went there on a Thursday and the overall the experience was quite seamless.
The cable car network is very efficient, there are multiple routes to avoind congestions.
At some places I felt that the number of rides are quite less thus leading to longer queue.
The food at the Indian restaurant was quite great and had lots of options.
Overall, don't expect it to be universal studio, but its a nice blend of scenic beatuty along with the rides.

i bought the tickets for my child for below 14 yeas as he is 12 years but still he was counted adult and at the venue forcefully they took difference amount and the bana hills team is extremely rude . i am not recomending anyone , bad experience worst trip

The kids had an amazing time on the alpine coaster and other exciting rides. The buffet lunch offered a wide variety of dishes, accommodating all tastes and dietary needs. The Golden Bridge and the statue are architectural highlights that shouldn’t be missed. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Ba Na Hills. However, be sure to arrive early, ideally right when it opens, and try to avoid weekends. We visited on a Friday, and by 10 a.m., it was already very crowded. Also, don’t forget to bring a light jumper—the temperature at the top is noticeably cooler.

The park is amazing, I spend whole day here. it is very big and at the end of the day may leg paining due to too much walk in the park. I also booked ticket with alpine coaster ride and I enjoyed the ride too. The architecture of the park is totally different than the Vietnam. it is based on French Architecture and it's look great.

The communication about the tickets was not clear at all. I received tickets via the app and via what's app. The tickets via your app say' no need to print, scan QR code' we managed to get up the cable car after some hassle but couldn't use it for the coaster ride, I ended up paying again then couldn't get into restaurant for the buffet. After about 40 minutes of the staff trying to sort it out and walking away with my phone twice, I was tears with frustration, I couldn't make contact with anyone from your service for help. The staff just let us in because they felt sorry for us in the end. I would never use your service again nor would I recommend it.

I really loved the cable car, French village and the golden bridge which is breathtaking. Actually, from the very beginning when you enter the territory, you have an instant feeling that you are a part of an adventure movie. There is a big territory and many locations for walk around and make beautiful pictures. I would recommend to anyone take this evening combo package with a very nice price and great conditions.

Transportations had to more clear. Having preserved responses does not work on personal queries. The weather was terrible and given that you have enough knowledge to know what it would be like, adequate information could be provided so the customer can buy it on another date. The late ticket should have specified that it is not for a family with young children. And that the ti ket could be upgraded to a full ticket at the bana hills counter. Too much of a bad experience

When we bought tickets there was of choice 1630 or 1800 pick up. Chosen 1630hrs. However bus timing was 1700. Reached destination before 6pm refused cable till 1900hrs. Is truly waste of our time
